Ira Harrison is the founder and owner of Between the Lines Aesthetics. With more than 12 years of nursing and aesthetic experience, she has a lifelong passion for helping clients find peace, happiness, joy, and a renewed sense of beauty through cosmetic treatments. As a highly experienced nurse injector, she is now fulfilling her dream of helping clients look and feel their absolute best through the use of dermal fillers, BOTOX®, KYBELLA®, and PRP therapy, whether they’re from Birmingham, MI or the surrounding areas of Troy, Farmington Hills, Berkley, Bloomfield Hills, Sterling Heights, Southfield, or anywhere in the Greater Detroit area.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Ira earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Eastern Michigan University, going on to complete her Master of Science in family nurse practitioner studies at Walden University in Baltimore, MD. She is certified in advanced BOTOX, advanced dermal fillers, KYBELLA, and PRP injections through the National Institute. She is also a certified master injector, having studied the techniques and practices of Dr. Arthur Swift, a pioneer and thought leader in cosmetic treatments.

SPECIALTIES AND EXPERTISE

Ira specializes in nonsurgical cosmetic treatments, helping clients achieve their skin care goals by improving fine lines, wrinkles, and volume loss. She’s also proud to offer hair restoration treatments, as well as fat reduction under the chin.

An avid believer in client education, Ira takes the time to make sure all of the individuals she works with understand their treatment options and have realistic expectations. She especially enjoys teaching about the various anti-aging therapies we offer.
